Retail Bank: Signs of Progress

Scaffolding may protect customers, but it often hides storefronts and buries the brand. We saw an opportunity to flip the script—turning construction clutter into a creative canvas. With self-aware, empathetic messaging, we reassured passersby the branch was open and brought a human touch to the Citi brand. An eyesore turned into an on-brand moment.
